Sbrisolona Festival
The Tamani brothers were guests at the Sbrisolona Festival (www.sbrisolonafestival.it) which was held in Mantua between 18 and 20 October 2024.In particular, on 19 October, at the PalaVirgilio in Piazza Leon Battista Alberti, they participated in a meeting with other famous restaurant owners who have made the history of Mantua in Italian gastronomy in the world.

Throughout the month of June 2017, at Winegate 11 of Orio al Serio airport, a dish celebrating the Renaissance beauty of Mantua was served.Thanks to the collaboration with East Lombardy, Romano Tamani of the Ambasciata di Quistello restaurant offers his Pharaoh of the vicariate of Quistello, with grapes, orange, Campanine apple mustard and pomegranate seeds.
This dish, appreciated by illustrious figures such as John Paul II, Azeglio Ciampi, Giulio Andreotti and Carlo Rossella and also Vittorio Sgarbi, represents the Mantuan culinary tradition and will be offered to travellers and the curious in the new "Italy loves food" space.
