The announcement is published as per the order of sale of the Court of Teramo, on the website www.fallimentieaste.it/aste-giudiziarie/procedura-fallimentare-nr-38-2022-4/ (registered with P.D.G. of 01/10/2010 - Section A - websites authorized to advertise real estate auctions) as well as on the Public Sales Portal of the Ministry of Justice https://pvp.giustizia.it/.Interested parties must submit an offer no later than 11:59 p.m. on January 14, 2026.
The SALE is FIXED for the following day, Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 3:00 p.m., in Via Salara 52 in Roseto degli Abruzzi, Teramo.
